Fruit Dressing (Grandma Morgan)

Juice & zest (peel) from 1 lemon

1 egg

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup whipped cream

Cook and stir in double boiler until thick.  When cooled fold in whipped cream (Heavy cream, whipped works better than Cool Whip).
