2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 - 16 oz. canned pumpkin
2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
¼ tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
¼ tsp. salt
Combine together and pour in jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. When cool, frost.
Frosting:
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cube butter or margarine
2 tsp. vanilla
Frost cake and chill thoroughly for 1-2 hours.
