Won Ton Chicken Salad (Spencer)


Salad:
1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 head green leaf lettuce
2 - 3 green onions - chopped
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 pkg. wontons (fry - can freeze leftover fried wontons for future use)
4 cooked chicken breasts (chopped)

Dressing:
1/2 cup sugar                                               
1/2 cup oil                                                  
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup rice vinegar

Chop or tear lettuces.  Mix together salad ingredients.  Mix dressing and pour over salad just before serving.
