Veggie Soup (Grandma Morgan)


6 large onions
2 green peppers
1 large head of cabbage
1 large stalk of celery
2 large cans tomatoes

Cut all veggies in small pieces.  Cover with water and boil 10 minutes.  Season to taste.  Simmer until veggies are tender and serve.  1 cup = 6 grams fiber.
