Poppy Seed Muffins (Melodie)


1 cup milk                                                   1/2 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs                                              1/2 cup vanilla pudding
1/2 cup melted butter                                  2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. almond flavoring                                 1 tsp. salt
1 3/4 cup flour                                             3/4 TBS. poppy seeds

Combine milk, eggs, butter and almond flavoring.  Add remaining ingredients.  Mix with a fork until just combined.  Fill muffin tins to the top.  Bake at 400° for 12-15 minutes.
