cup cold water

Melt
Margarine in scalded milk. Add cold
water. Add yeast and sugar. Dissolve.
Beat in egg. Add salt and
flour. Knead until smooth. Cover, put bowl in hot water (15 minutes to rise). Turn dough out. Form into rolls. Cover, let rise 15 minutes. Bake 375° for about 15 minutes.
