Lion House Rolls (Jannie)


4 cups flour                                               
2/3 cup sugar                                            
4 TBS. yeast                                                 
5 tsp. salt
2/3 cup oil  
1 1/3 cups powdered milk                
2/3 cup oil
4 cups hot water
2 eggs beaten
6-8 cups flour

Mix first 5 ingredients.  Then add remaining ingredients and mix.  Put in bowl and let rise once.  Let rest 20 minutes on board before rolling out.

Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes.
