1- 30 oz bag of hashbrowns 1 cup monterey jack
3/4 cup butter 1 cup diced ham
3 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
1/2 cup half & half 1/2 tsp. Johnny’s seasoning salt
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 425°. Lightly grease 9 x 13 pan. Put hash browns, and ¾ cup butter in pan. Cook for 30 minutes. Mix together remaining ingredients then pour over hash browns and cook an additional 30 minutes at 350°.
