Beef Bourgindaise (Melodie)


1 to 2 lbs. Stew Meat
2 cans French onion soup
3 cans cream chicken soup (No water)

Cut stew meat into bite-size pieces.  Put in pan raw with lid.  Stir soups together.  Pour over meat.  Cook at 300° for 3 - 4 hours.  Serve over rice, noodles, or potatoes.
